The #1 thing I look for when using a service is customer service and support. Loop has been amazing since day 1. Always working hard to find a way to make it work. It feels like I'm working with a whole team.

Great app and most of all customer service for beginners who are new to this platform and news to the business vertical. My rep Shivam is extremely responsive and takes initiative in understanding our specific business model/marketing while also going above and beyond by sharing industry trends. Our business model is consumable products and subscriptions are the bread and butter of our business. As such we've been using subscriptions apps since 2017 including Bold and Yotpo. With the limitations of both and the need to expand past the limited capabilities of each we found Loop, and it was a night a day difference. A support team that will reach out and find solutions for unique scenarios or store needs is the icing on the cake. The ability to be proactive and reach customers where they are and manage subscriptions how they should be is what makes Loop feel like it was designed specifically for your store and not a generic solution like other apps out there.

I've been really impressed with Loop Subscriptions! Their support team has been incredibly helpful, even through live chat on the free plan. As a startup, the free plan was comprehensive enough to get us off the ground with launching new subscription plans. It also integrated seamlessly with both Rebuy and PageFly, making the setup process smooth and efficient. Highly recommended for anyone looking to kickstart their subscription services!
