A great thing about this app is, that I can edit the code and manipulate everything how I want. So I can adapt it to my webshop seamless. Everything loads fast, only support is faster and helps in great detail.

It has been a fantastic experience working with Loop. Support team is extremely knowledgable and action-oriented. I reported a small, harmless bug where a dashboard wasn't loading in numbers, and they created an entire report / investigation into why it happened. They really do care about their merchants. The platform itself is excellent. Super easy to use/setup. You're in good hands with Loop. Nothing but good things to say.

Great app, best customer service ever. These are real people who not only have an excellent product but they also are super responsive to questions, they take feedback and improve their product based on suggestions and they are very available to help whenever needed. The guide in the Help Center and the support staff made it easy to initially set up our subscriptions. The staff then kept us informed while they carried out the migration of our existing subscriptions for us. Any questions we have are quickly responded to with helpful information.
