Loop Subscriptions

They only support you if you get one of the paid plans. Each time I asked for help they asked me if I'm on free plan or not and then just stopped giving support. When I uninstalled the app the code remaining cause problems with my theme and they didn't help me to remove codes. Very poor customer service.

The app is working exactly as intended, and i just had a request to solve an issue that quickly was dealt with. The team has been working constantly to solve it as quickly as they could. Really appreciated the effort!

Our business model is consumable products and subscriptions are the bread and butter of our business. As such we've been using subscriptions apps since 2017 including Bold and Yotpo. With the limitations of both and the need to expand past the limited capabilities of each we found Loop, and it was a night a day difference.
