Have tested a lot off subscription apps before. But after check Loop i am understand that i can't find anything better. Nice APP. Very cool support. Help me to fix all issues with my custom theme. Thank you Guys.

I am absolutely thrilled with the incredible assistance I received from the Loop team. I can honestly say that I have never experienced such remarkable support from any other company before. From the moment I reached out to them, they went above and beyond to help me with my website.

My customers had been reporting that the subscription button was missing since the beginning, and initially, I didn't realize that I hadn't enabled it. Upon further investigation, I discovered that my custom theme was causing the button to not appear due to coding issues. This is where Loop came to my rescue.

Their support was exceptional, as they provided prompt and helpful responses over email and even connected with my website to identify the problem and find a solution. Despite facing challenges with customizing the theme, the previous company I consulted claimed it couldn't be done. However, the Loop team never gave up on me. Loop delivered excellent white glove support for migrating over our thousands of subscribers for our customer build a box subscription with tiered volume discounts. Where off the shelf functionality was not available, Loop provided great service for building the custom components that we needed. Especially incredible compared to the lack of response from legacy subscription platform players.

Can't recommend enough, they were so helpful when we were switching over from Bold Subscriptions. Bold made it almost impossible to leave on purpose, and Loop saved the day! They were able to handle migration end to end without all of the manual inputting that Bold said we would have to do. Bold said we'd have to add each one of our subscribers one by one and there was "no way" for them to help us otherwise. Do not use Bold. Use Loop. Their team is professional and quick to respond, and so helpful. The app has all of the customizations we need and so far, it's been an absolutely wonderful decision to switch over. Thank you Loop!

I'm so impressed with Loop's customer and support team! They were incredibly helpful when I switched from two other subscription apps, and they've been quick to respond to any questions I've had since then. Loop has been super easy to use, and I haven't had any glitches at all. I highly recommend it!

I will totally recommend this app to other as it's pretty well described and easy to play around. Also the costumer service is really helpful and they made things easier for us.

Rakshit and his colleague have been an absolute joy to work with. They made it easy to install the app, supported step by step along the way and still available if any questions come up. They are very attentive to their customers and keen to enhance the features around the customers requirement. I don't know why anyone would say anything bad about them as those two are super helpful and taking their time to listen! And the service is A+ - something rare to find in this ocean of apps. Plus, they seem to be always available. For a SME like us, this is important to provide ongoing support and be available even over the weekend. Because, when do we ever stop working and it does not feel like work if you partner with people like these two. Keep up the good work!

The best. Seamless experience. We had some pretty complex requests and EVERYTHING was handled promptly and perfectly by the fantastic team at Loop. We have been with recharge for years before this. There is no comparison. These guys are pros - highly recommend. Special shout out to Atul who helped me accomplish something I've been failing to do for years in less than 20 minutes.
