Loop Subscriptions

My company is new to subscriptions, and the Loop team has been helpful every step of the way. We have had many questions on ways to customize and maximize our plan and they were responsive and helpful every step of the way.

Top-notch team and technology. Undoubtedly one of the best subscription apps for shopify on the market. We love the comprehensive out of the box functionality and ease of use of the platform. Moreover, Loop offers commercial capabilities that help optimise revenue and customer satisfaction. Highly recommended for businesses looking to take their subscriptions to the next level.

We changed from Recharge to Loop in Nov 2022 as Recharge didn't have all the features we needed and we found Recharge's support slow and at times very average. In contrast, the guys from Loop have been fantastic during the migration and whenever we encountered a problem they'd fix it overnight and were always available via phone or video conference which made the migration very smooth. I thought that once migrated the support would maybe drop and get worse, but this has not been the case. In January 2023 we overhauled our website and wanted to add a fairly customised bundle feature and again, Loop has offered exceptional customer service during this process. Our web development agency had the same feedback regarding Loop and was very impressed with the help of Loop (thanks Lesle, Vivek, and Piyush!) and they were dealing with Recharge at the same time for another client so had a straight comparison. Apart from the exceptional service, Loop offers better reporting, a better dashboard, and just better features at a better cost. I can highly recommend them to anyone in need of a good app (partner) to drive subscriptions.

The Loop team has been amazing and has helped us migrate our large number of subscribers over to their platform seamlessly. They have been more than accommodating and have helped us give our customers a well-deserved enterprise-level experience.

Additional words 8/08/23: Whenever we have issues stemming from theme updates or issues experienced from our customers, Loop is ALWAYS on it ASAP. In an age where exemplary customer service is sorely lacking, the folks at Loop never fail to jump to the task and provide solutions.

We moved from ReCharge to Loop for the extra customizability and control over the plans we offer to our customers and their journey. So far we're seeing higher quality leads and improvements to our churn rate.

Really love this app! The support is amazing - the team are always available to chat through slack or a video call if I get really stuck. It's just so easy to use and we've increased our customer retention rate plus number of subscriptions. It also looks great and is a much better experience for our customers. It's more expensive that Bold, but so worth it.

After researching many membership subscription apps in the Shopify app store we decided to go with Loop. App configurability and buying membership subscriptions through Shopify checkout were key features that we were looking for. Loop app came with most of the features covered out of the box. All specific features to the business were delivered by the Loop team within days after aligning features specifications. The team is very prompt with their response to our support requests and they know their business well. Would definitely recommend the app to any membership e-com out there.

We are excited to continue our journey with Loop Team. We have started working together this year and had some bumps along the way. But with their sincere efforts and consistency, we were able to clear any obstacles and move forward together. Atul in Customer Support is best at what he does and does his role with immense passion and dedication. We are glad to work directly with him for our account needs.
