Loop Subscriptions

Loop is fantastic. It has allowed us as a new business to integrate subscriptions into our store and provide our customers with a Shop on demand experience. We have had our issues with setting things up, but at no fault of Loop and Varun was fantastic in supporting us on an urgent widget fix due to a theme update. I am absolutely thrilled with the incredible assistance I received from the Loop team. I can honestly say that I have never experienced such remarkable support from any other company before. From the moment I reached out to them, they went above and beyond to help me with my website.

My customers had been reporting that the subscription button was missing since the beginning, and initially, I didn't realize that I hadn't enabled it. Upon further investigation, I discovered that my custom theme was causing the button to not appear due to coding issues. This is where Loop came to my rescue.

Loop delivered excellent white glove support for migrating over our thousands of subscribers for our customer build a box subscription with tiered volume discounts. Where off the shelf functionality was not available, Loop provided great service for building the custom components that we needed. Especially incredible compared to the lack of response from legacy subscription platform players.
