The team at Loop, specifically Piyush and Abel Lesle were incredibly helpful in getting us set-up with Loop Subscriptions. Set-up was straightforward and we were able to get started within a few hours.

Uncommonly fabulous customer service! I really appreciated how easy it was to get an appointment for a live chat with Loop's help desk. Setting up my subscription boxes was quick and painless even with all the different options I requested. Loop had already thought of everything.

Thus far Loop has been very attentive to improvements and changes needed to suit our specific type of subscription. Support is vital to the success of a long term subscription and this team knocks it out of the park.

The subscription app is a breeze and a huge plus for my store! The customer service is spot on and they are sooooo helpful and QUICK to reply to any issues or questions. If you don't have this app, I highly suggest it!

I am absolutely thrilled with the incredible assistance I received from the Loop team. I can honestly say that I have never experienced such remarkable support from any other company before. From the moment I reached out to them, they went above and beyond to help me with my website.

My customers had been reporting that the subscription button was missing since the beginning, and initially, I didn't realize that I hadn't enabled it. Loop delivered excellent white glove support for migrating over our thousands of subscribers for our customer build a box subscription with tiered volume discounts. Where off the shelf functionality was not available, Loop provided great service for building the custom components that we needed. Especially incredible compared to the lack of response from legacy subscription platform players.
