Our business model is consumable products and subscriptions are the bread and butter of our business. As such we've been using subscriptions apps since 2017 including Bold and Yotpo. With the limitations of both and the need to expand past the limited capabilities of each we found Loop, and it was a night a day difference. A support team that will reach out and find solutions for unique scenarios or store needs is the icing on the cake. The ability to be proactive and reach customers where they are and manage subscriptions how they should be is what makes Loop feel like it was designed specifically for your store and not a generic solution like other apps out there.

Tried multiple subscription apps, but Loop checked all the boxes and the Support Team goes above and beyond. Highly recommend.

We recently migrated to Loop and are very happy with the experience so far. Our conversation rate is up and our subscriber opt-in is also up. They only support you if you get one of the paid plans. Each time I asked for help they asked me if I'm on free plan or not and then just stopped giving support. When I uninstalled the app the code remaining cause problems with my theme and they didn't help me to remove codes. Very poor customer service.
The customer service team (and in particular, Saksham) have been extremely helpful in resolving any issues that arise whilst I'm setting up Loop on my website.

We moved from Recharge to Loop and I am very impressed so far. Migration was seamless and the support has been excellent. We've already seen an increase in subscriptions only a week in.
