We have had good experience with this app so far. Our store sells fruits, vegetables and groceries, so our prices vary from week to week. Loop can make the price of the subscriptions have a small price variation, following the changes we make in the store, which is quite useful.
The customer service is very good, they helped me implement the app and they also constantly help me with any questions or doubts I have regarding the app.

I have only used the free version for a day and the customer support is just one of the best I've seen. they are super helpful and organised (they set up video chats with you and provide google meet links and everything). :)

We've previously been on ReCharge and Prive, and Loop is the best so far! The built-in analytics Loop provides and the out-of-the-box customer UX far exceed other competing platforms, and the economics of Loop work better for our small (but growing) business. Since switching to Loop, we better understand who/why/what around our subscription customers and their behavior. We've also seen a drop in customer service tickets related to customer subscription management because our customers are able to navigate their portals easily. Loop is easy and makes growing a subscription channel easy!
