Loop Subscriptions

After researching many membership subscription apps in the Shopify app store we decided to go with Loop. App configurability and buying membership subscriptions through Shopify checkout were key features that we were looking for. Loop app came with most of the features covered out of the box. All specific features to the business were delivered by the Loop team within days after aligning features specifications. The team is very prompt with their response to our support requests and they know their business well. Would definitely recommend the app to any membership e-com out there.

We are excited to continue our journey with Loop Team. We have started working together this year and had some bumps along the way. But with their sincere efforts and consistency, we were able to clear any obstacles and move forward together. Exceptional communication from agent and tutorial on how to use app efficiently. I have confidence on how to navigate, add, modify, track subscriptions and more.

This app was easy to install and aligned with our young company's subscription needs. Piyush and his team were also quick to answer any questions and help solve any issues. I wish every app came with such great customer service!

Solid app. Only using it for the build-a-box feature, so I can't speak to the "regular" subscription features. But I looked at most of the available subscription apps that offer build-a-box features standard, and this one works for me so far.

More importantly, they have have been super-responsive from a support stand point. Fixing bugs I find during testing, adding small features, etc.

And for the price, it's a solid choice.
