Loop Subscriptions

Loop is perfect for what we need for all of our subscription boxes. The support team have been amazing, and have gone above and beyond helping us to migrate over from another subscription provider. We have tried 2 other subscription apps and Loop is head and shoulders above the rest in terms of support and functionality.

A fantasitc add-on for shopify store owners looking to impletement Subscriptions. Which is a great way to ensure regular payments. There were A few niggles in the set up, but mainly becasue i have a customised theme.... The support team is second to none, so even if you feel a little frutrated, these guys will not only ensure you have excelelent customer & support services but will also work with other app owners to work thru any issues..... I can wait to see how these guys continue to develop this app.

The subscription app is a breeze and a huge plus for my store! The customer service is spot on and they are sooooo helpful and QUICK to reply to any issues or questions. If you don't have this app, I highly suggest it!

When we need support we usually have an answer in max 5-10 min. on average through emails, which is extremely precious in some delicate situations like a migration process.

We enjoy the fact that Loop has a clean integrated interface in Shopify and that the team improves the app regularly
