I had a very specific case for Subscriptions that it seemed no other app was capable of performing. Our store subscriptions needed to be available for in-store pickup only and have shipping restricted. Harshit, Vivek and Surbhi were all friendly, professional and punctual with updates and responses. They resolved the issue by getting in touch with Shopify and within a couple days - I was good to go. My experience with Loop has been great! It was very simple to install to my website and customer service is very responsive and helpful.
