Our business model is consumable products and subscriptions are the bread and butter of our business. As such we've been using subscriptions apps since 2017 including Bold and Yotpo. With the limitations of both and the need to expand past the limited capabilities of each we found Loop, and it was a night a day difference. A support team that will reach out and find solutions for unique scenarios or store needs is the icing on the cake.
