We've been on Loop for a few years after migrating from Recharge. We had an awful experience on Recharge and the difference with Loop has been night and day. Our company has been using the subscription app for about a month and it's so far so good. The support has been excellent and Aastik and the team have always been quick to respond (we have customers throwing questions out there).

It's not the cheapest solution, however it works, and works well. We're very happy thus far and we're still only using the basic subscription functionality.

Prompt and efficient service when raising an enquiry and answered my questions giving me the result I wanted.
The subscription disappeared from the customer side of my website but this issue was promptly resolved.
