I am absolutely thrilled with the incredible assistance I received from the Loop team. I can honestly say that I have never experienced such remarkable support from any other company before. From the moment I reached out to them, they went above and beyond to help me with my website.
My customers had been reporting that the subscription button was missing since the beginning, and initially, I didn't realize that I hadn't enabled it. Upon further investigation, I discovered that my custom theme was causing the button to not appear due to coding issues. This is where Loop came to my rescue.
Their support was exceptional, as they provided prompt and helpful responses over email and even connected with my website to identify the problem and find a solution. Despite facing challenges with customizing the theme, the previous company I consulted claimed it couldn't be done. However, the Loop team never gave up on me. They continued to work diligently and customized a code specifically for my website, ensuring that the subscription button would function flawlessly for my valued customers.
Their dedication was truly unwavering, and they persisted until the task was completed successfully. I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding support I received from Loop. They have set a new standard for customer service, and I am incredibly grateful for their unwavering commitment.
