What really stood out to us was the support after the migration. The Loop team continued to work closely with us, helping us troubleshoot issues and making sure everything was running smoothly. Having a team that stays involved beyond the initial onboarding makes a huge difference.
was quite difficult to choose which sub app to go, chosed loop.
took me a while to set it up and learn the app. looks pretty advanced with all the options you can choose, rewards, cancel flows, widget design, email customization etc. they have pretty good AI that answers questions fast and also real human support that are always helpful. so far im pleased.
We’ve had a very positive experience with Loop Subscriptions so far. What impressed us most was the level of support during the installation and onboarding process. The team took the time to deeply understand our company, our specific requirements, and our business processes rather than simply providing a standard setup.
They were very responsive, patient, and proactive throughout the implementation, helping us configure the subscription setup according to the way our business actually operates. This made the whole process much easier and gave us confidence that we were setting everything up correctly.
The app itself is flexible, user-friendly, and offers the features we were looking for. We’re very happy with our decision to move to Loop and are looking forward to continuing to grow our subscription program with them.
