Devak and his team at Loop were so patient and helpful with our migration process. I was worried about how all our subscriptions would be transferred over to them, but they handled everything perfectly and I am so excited to be using Loop. Their portal is extremely user-friendly, easy to manage, and very clear. Migrating to Loop was one of the best infrastructure decisions we've made. We came to Loop carrying the baggage of three separate systems that had never really talked to each other, and the prospect of consolidating all of it was genuinely intimidating. Subscriptions are the lifeblood of our recurring revenue, so there was no margin for getting this wrong.
What set Loop apart from the start was the expertise on the ground during the migration itself. This wasn't a hand-off-the-docs-and-good-luck experience. Their team worked alongside us to map every piece of data across all three legacy systems, validated that everything transferred correctly, and didn't consider the job done until we'd confirmed it ourselves.
