Does just what it needs to do, glitch-free.
Always responsive, friendly and helpful customer service.
Loop is a great subscription hosting application, with an excellent and responsive support team. Their customer portal is easy to use and cuts down on our customer services support workload.
Support has a very quick response
Loop subscriptions has been a welcome relief to work with after our experience with a larger Shopify subscription provider. They've shown a willingness to work as a partner and have proven to be nimble innovators that listen to their customers.
I joined Blueprint in October 2024 and this is the only app the business utilizes to support our customers; and to be honest, its wonderful to use as a business partner and as a consumer from what has been shared with customers. I haven't gotten to fully dive into the analytics portion of the app but I do intend too in the coming coming weeks.
