Loop is a fantastic subscription app for small brands. It integrates seamlessly with our Shopify storefront, creating a polished, on-brand subscription experience that looks great and is straightforward for customers to use.
The Loop team are responsive, informative and supportive, guiding you through each stage of setup with clear advice and practical help. The process feels well managed from initial app installation through to website launch, with onboarding typically taking around two weeks.
The app is both functional and customer-friendly, making it simple to manage subscriptions while maintaining a smooth experience across our online store.
The Loop team has been so great and helpful! They worked super quick and efficiently to get everything sorted and migrated over from my past subscription platform which was definitely a plus.
