Loop Voice ‑ AI Call Agents

We started using Loop Voice on one of our Shopify stores to improve abandoned cart and checkout recovery, and it has become part of our regular recovery stack. The app automatically calls customers who abandon checkout, which captures attention in a way email and SMS usually don’t.

The Shopify integration was smooth and we were live quickly without rebuilding our checkout flows. What stands out is the clear reporting on recovered sales and revenue recovery, so it’s easy to see the impact on conversion rate.

This is a solid option if you want to add AI voice calls to your cart recovery automation and recover sales that would otherwise be lost. Support was responsive and helped us optimize the setup during the first days.

Very nice app, installing is not as easy, you need a phone number which in our case took more than a week, but after that it actually calls and convinces the customer to finish their cart. Hope they can make more use cases

Cool app. Took some time to setup with Twilio and system prompt and all. But I got my first cart recovered in 3 days. Now it is daily getting a cart back.
