Loox is very easy to use and helped me add reviews to my store quickly. As a beginner, the Beginner Plan is perfect for me. I’m very happy with how simple and useful the app is. Highly recommended!

Works well once the installation of Widgets was sorted. I have an older theme in Shopify so it wasn't as simple as click the button and you are done. However Jen C was very helpful and patient, while I wasn't able to answer emails quickly, and got it all squared away. Now I just need reviews to materialise.

App keeps sending a monthly bill even after Uninstalling it from the store
Hey,
We’d like to clarify that Loox does not continue charging merchants after the app has been uninstalled. Any charge received after uninstalling would have been generated by Shopify while the app was still installed and active, based on the billing cycle or usage from that period. That said, we’ve reached out to you privately to look into the charges and help resolve this matter.
The operation of the App is very turnkey and the integration with a Shopify website is quite easy to manage.
