Fantastic customer support - had a code issue where a widget wasn't rendering for my theme, Laurence from their CS team had it fixed instantly and was there for great follow up tweaks too.
Loox does what it says on the box and does it well!
Recommend, many useful features and collects lot of verified reviews easily
Very good experience with the support team, they are very responsive.
They were able to solve my installation problems with a direct handover to my site.
Very attentive to all our questions.
Don't hesitate, this application is just incredible, it's essential for a good start on Shopify.
I've tried multiple review platforms and referral platforms. Absolutely love how Loox combines everything under one platform - not to mention how seamless/easy to use their platform is. So glad I switch everything over to Loox!

JUDGE ME IS CHEAPER, Wish Loox would update the pricing structure a tad to be more competitve especially for us small retailers!
