I really like this app. It's so easy to use. I imported a number of product reviews from my supplier but I wish it can do the same for my Syncee suppliers.
Great app, even better customer service. Wholeheartedly recommend to anyone! Had a few issues at first but the team were quick to resolve.
When you uninstall the app, it DELETES all the reviews from the store, I mean ALL including the honest reviews from the customers ,not only the ones generated by Loox , and this is WITHOUT permission !
So basically if you install it, you have to stick with it , if not you're screwed !
My advice is, stay AWAY from such a poor app !!

Generally speaking, Loox will save your data (unless requested otherwise) so that once the app is reinstalled, all your information (reviews, settings, etc...) will be restored as expected.
As part of GDPR requirements, Loox provides merchants with the option to remove all their data with us via an automatic email sent to you.
No worries, as mentioned in our correspondence, if you do not wish to remove your data, you can disregard the email you received.

I have used a BUNCH of review apps, and Loox is by far the absolute BEST. Easy to use, easy to configure, and I love that my customers can add photos to their review!
I love getting feedback from my customers and the app allows me to automatically give them a discount for reviewing.

Looks good. Easy integration. Had trouble during some issues with setup, they got in touch to explain.
Friendly App, easy to work with. Customer support is really efficient as well. I'd like to be able to send automated discount coupons for customers who provide reviews without photo, I'd like it to be at the discretion of the shop, instead I need to generate those coupons manually which is more work for me. I'm still rating 5-stars because the app is flexible in the sense that allows you to import reviews from other sites which is a huge plus and, again, is very friendly!.
it is the best app i have ever used. i recommend it for every shopify store, customer service is nice , price is reasonable
Very intuitive; soooo easy to use! I tried using a different app to copy reviews from Aliexpress and finally gave up on it. I wish I had tried Loox to start with.
