After only using the Loox app for about two months, we are very pleased with how many new reviews we've collected, and we have loved being able to collect photo reviews, as well. Having our review request emails automated has been a time-saver for our team, and the review request emails have been successful in getting customers to leave reviews.
The support that we have received from the Loox team has been incredible. We've had a couple of needs with code updates, and their support team is always very responsive and able to resolve any concerns or updates quicker than expected. This has been a very worthwhile app for us!

j'ai utilisé cette application pour ma boutique. Elle donne beaucoup de crédibilité à mon produit. Evidemment, il faut l'utiliser avec discernement. Je n'en connaît pas encore toutes les subtilités, mais à force de l'utiliser, j'espère découvrir beaucoup d'autres possibilités.
