Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

I messaged them 1-2 weeks ago for support and never received a response on my inquiry. I am disappointed that no one responded.

So far so good. Extensive tools for review collection, upselling, social proof et al.
There still are some things to get sorted (like translations to a language other than the 19 default ones) but I see that the support staff is fast and helpful so I do not worry they will get set up.
One big tool that is still missing (and it really hurts) is an ability to import (realtime or daily) reviews from a Facebook page or Google business page.
Overall 9/10 tool that I highly recommend. Add that tool above and you will be at 10/10.

I was surprised by the ease, but I believe that more support is needed for Portuguese (Brazil)

Very good quick customer support from Aya we couldn't get our Loox reviews to show and she was onto it with no problems, the reviews always work very good.

Great app and great support (especially Chester). Helped me increase my sells, no question about that. Just a thing that would be wonderfull (reason why I don't give 5 stars) : the ability for the client to rate a product directly from the email sent to ask his review.

This is very useful app. I use it, and it helps me with my store credibility

Great app, very useful. It has been a big help to my brand as far as collecting reviews. Word of mouth is always good.

Reasonable subscription prices, easy to set up & lots of options to customise the review experience.
