I have been using Loox for several years now. Over 4000 reviews later, we are very happy with the transparency and credibility this app provides for our business. The image/video integration is paramount for review proof. I highly recommend this app.

I contacted Loox support because I was experiencing issues with the app and couldn’t access the settings. It only allowed me to re-purchase a plan at a higher price than the one I previously had. I reached out to support, and they immediately provided a solution to restore the app in my store while they reviewed the case to offer a more permanent fix.
After a few days, they contacted me to explain why it had happened, reinstated my plan at the original price with all the features included, and compensated me for the inconvenience. Honestly, it’s a pleasure to receive such prompt and efficient support. I wouldn’t leave Loox for anything!
