Generally speaking, once you have uninstalled any app, Shopify should be stopping all future app charges from being triggered.
Since charges are created at the beginning of the 30-day cycle, it could be that you are seeing a charge from before the app was uninstalled.
With that being said, we would be more than happy to see what we can do to help and investigate this specific situation.
