Amazing app, drives a ton of conversions through the interactions perspective customers have with the photo reviews and helping to drive second and third orders with the discounts given as incentives to post a photo review. We are also using the photo reviews for marketing purposes so all in all tons of value from this app for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend. Great customer service as well. Had trouble getting ratings shown in collections and they got it done in under 24 hours.

Great app easy to use

I've been a long time user of Loox, but recently updated some of the new features on my store. Ken was extremely helpful, and helped with integrating these features quickly and smoothly.

The customer service is brilliant and the team are extremely quick to respond and even helped me with some bits that weren't quite in their remit. Big thanks for Lilach on the tech team.

LOVE! loox! So easy to instal and use, our customers love being able to add photos of their fur kids on our website with reviews (making them semi famous) and our new customers often get great feed back about sizing and quality from reviews helping them be more confident about purchasing.
