You don't allow your customers to reply or or edit our previous replies unless we pay even more than we are already paying. Not a great experience. We don't like to be nickeled and dimed at every turn. Sad really.

All of our plans support the option to reply to reviews that you've received. Any time you reply to a review, the reviewer will also receive an email update stating sharing that you have replied back to them.

i cant import any review since few days , it give me a message that no product found, i request help but no answer

Loox supports importing an unlimited number of reviews to your store. While our Aliexpress importer lets you pull directly from AliExpress, our Import template can be used from any previous source.
I have reached out to you privately to better resolve this. Please lookout for an email from our Support team.
Make sure you read the fine print.. Their plans are sneaky and you'll end up paying basically 0.10$ per email sent out. Can easily set this up in Klayvio for 1/10th of the price. Better review apps out there for a fraction of the cost 1/5

Our Growth plan is a pay-as-you-grow plan that charges based on how many review request emails you send each month.
This plan is designed to allow you to collect reviews from all your customers but only pay for what you actually use. This means that during slower months you automatically pay less.
This payment model is listed both on our Plan selection page as well as on the Shopify app store.
We completely understand that costs are a big part of every merchant's decision about which apps to use. We've built Loox to provide a great return on investment on all of our plans.
With that in mind, I'd be more than happy to go over your account and see how you can get more out of Loox.

REALLY disappointed to have the LOOX Branding even though I am paying $35/mo.
To remove the logo branding, you need $65/mo plan..... If you change this, I will most certainly change my review to 5.

Je ne peux pas accéder à la gestion des mes avis si je ne paie pas 39$ Ok je ne peux plus recevoir d'avis supplémentaire si je ne paie pas, mais laissez nous au moins gérer des avis déjà présent sur la boutique..
Je paie 9$ par mois pour rien car je ne peux plus rien gérer tant que je paie par 39$ ... Je vais chez judge.me 14,9$ par mois en prix fixe et sans augmentation, car je ne comprend pas vos prix 39$ PUIS 599$ pour des avis c'est pas possible...

Once Loox is uninstalled in your stores, you shouldn't receive additional charges.

This software wastes a lot of my time and is very unusable. I express my strong protest. First, its font color cannot be changed, causing some font problems, which seriously affected my store.

It seems that there was a change in your settings which caused the font color to blend into your background.
No worries, you can definitely change the Loox widget colors, including the fonts, in your Loox settings and customize them to your liking.

Arrivati ad un certo numero di ordini ti obbligano a passare al piano a pagamento da 35$, nonostante il primo sia già a pagamento 9,9$. Questa cosa non ha assolutamente senso, non dovrebbero permetterlo. Sono riuscito a spostare tutto su un'altra app e non mi vedranno mai più, nemmeno per altre app. SCONSIGLIO!!!

Why am I prohibited from entering the app background page?I have subscribed to a basic subscription but after reaching 500 orders, it is no longer possible to enter into the application to manage customer reviews that are already registered. I can't modify anything anymore !!! Loox asks you to switch to the higher plan otherwise you can't enter the application to manage the existing customer reviews !So disappointing!!!
Tried to upload reviews but would not go through more than 20. Upgraded second tier with 30USD still couldn't. Images could not be uploaded as well. Emailed them many times and no support reaching out.

Generally speaking, Loox allows you to import an unlimited number of reviews into your store. The only limit is the number of reviews you can import from any specific AliExpress product page.
On the Beginner plan, Loox will scan the first 20 reviews that match your filters. Our higher plans, however, will scan the first 100 reviews that match your filters.
Just to clarify, this means that you can import as many reviews as you want to each of your Shopify product pages. The only limit is that on each AliExpress product page you import from, you are able to scan the first 20 or 100.
Although your import process didn’t work as you had expected, our support team offers 24/7 support and is available to help all of our merchants from all around the world, and we can guarantee that all inquiries will be answered within 24 hours.
With that in mind, it seems that we had tried to respond to both of your emails, but it seems that our response was bouncing and couldn’t be received.
I also tried to reached out to your email privately once again so we could try and help with importing your Loox reviews. Unfortunately, this email bounced again.
