Loox makes adding and customizing reviews through out your store simple and easy, and the service is fantastic. Big shout out to Jodel, customer service team lead, who remained accessible even over the weekend and provided clear, fool proof help with understanding how to navigate loox. Easy to use and acquire verified reviews! When we did run into an issue, Ken was prompt with his response and guided us to the quick fix!

Very easy to set up, especially if you're a beginner! As you advance and scale your store, I recommend also upgrading to Scale plan!

Does what its supposed to do. Just wish they would lower the cost!
