I love this app, so glad to swich to Loox! It´s modern, intuitiv and the support is also nice and helpful.
This company has transformed my website. As a small business, people really want to shop from you but need reviews to shop small. This easy-to-use plugin for my Shopify makes those reviews look amazing, and it's already paid for itself in the first week!

great had an interesting time. I couldnt press send though when I tried to submit my review. The minimum of 100 words was a little hurdle i feel.

I have deleted this app twice now. And it still charges me monthly $35 I am not even sure how I can resolve this issue. I was told I needed to contact the app to cancel my subscription. I sent them an email no response yet. I also would like a refund of my money also.

Apps cannot charge merchants after their app have been removed from stores as this process is controlled automatically by Shopify.
App charges that were already included in your invoice before the app was removed will still appear even after the app is uninstalled as the app was in use for part of the billing period.

Simple to use. I'm not finish importing all of my products yet though. I like being able to approve the reviews before putting on my product pages.
