I just switched to Loox, I'm getting more sales and larger orders! It was definitely worth it! I also needed assistance, she stuck with me even though i was frustrated and we got it all working!
This is the worst support practice I've ever seen on Shopify. I can't get a proper answer to any of my questions. The support representative directs me to Tier 2, I wait a day for a response, and even Tier 2 doesn't help. It's nothing but nonsense. I only use this app because the reviews look nice; other apps don't look this good.

We are very happy with this app and the support team (Jen C) is quick and very helpful.
I have been using this application for 2 months. I do not recommend it! I selected the Scale plan and after some time I noticed that in addition to the amount related to the plan they charged me another 40 dollars. I studied a little and saw that they charge a commission for each order!! From my point of view it is not normal for them to charge you as an affiliate without doing anything for those orders. Be careful!!! As for support, they did not respond to any messages. The application is ok but very difficult to set up, they do not offer help. In short, they associate with you in the business and make you do nothing. I decided to uninstall it.

La mejor app de reseñas, hemos probado muchas y para nosotros es la mejor, puedes editar todo el contenido de como aparecen tus reseñas, añadir fotos o videos y colocar en la pagina de producto las estrellas donde desees, es muy intuitiva y el equipo de atención al cliente muy rápido y resolutivo.
Wonderful experience. Such quick responses and immediately solved our problem about not being able to show the widget on a translated page. So thankful for Omer!

Great app. Fast and helpful support in case of any issues. After the last update, they added more languages, so it is now localized for many European countries. I recommend it.
Strong Warning to Merchants
Hidden charges, extremely misleading pricing. Avoid.
This is one of the most unethical and non-transparent Shopify apps I have ever used.
Loox charges extra fees without clear awareness or meaningful consent, purely based on order count — even if you do NOT use any of their so-called advanced features.
We only used Loox for basic product review display on product pages.
We did NOT:
send review request emails
use upsells
use referrals
use discounts or automations
Yet we were automatically charged an additional $40 “usage fee” per month.
When confronted, support explicitly stated that usage fees apply regardless of whether features are used or not, and they refused to refund charges for unused functionality.
This is not a pricing issue — this is a billing trap designed to quietly extract more money from merchants who don’t constantly audit their Shopify invoices.
Serious warning to all merchants:
Check your Shopify bills every month
Do NOT assume you’re only paying the base plan
Many stores are likely being overcharged without realizing it
I genuinely regret installing this app.
I wouldn’t even give it one star if that were possible.
