I have used loox for a long time, and they always offer the best customer service. I had an issue and Rain went about and beyond even adding some extra code to my theme unrelated to their app, which was so good of them. cannot recommend highly enough, I did try several review app before Loox, and this one is the best. 5 Stars

After trying others, Loox is the best reviews app on Shopify! I love Yishai and Amit...always provide prompt support, excellent customer service and I’m very happy with their integrations. Loox has been fantastic app- our customers love to submit reviews through it. There's more expensive stuff out there but it's not worth it.

Great app and great support. Has all the features you need, is easy to set up and once it is up and running it requires minimum work.
