Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

So far so good. I am just signing up for the app and have not had any issues. I cannot say for sure if I totally like it because I have not really used app yet. I do not really like how I am forced to review the app before using it. But from the look of things the app should be good. Thanks.

Definetly an app I will be trying to utilize as much as possible. I've just started using the app today but it seems very solid.

Très bonne application qui fait son travail. Mais il y a du texte qu'on peut modifier qu'en passant par le support, dans ce texte, il y a des liens qui nous renvoient au site internet de Loox, et malheureusement impossible de changer de redirection. Le support est bon, à l'écoute et très réactif, je n'ai pas encore essayé la concurrence, mais je recommande l'appli. de manière générale.

its helpful and will help me gain customers, its easy to use and everything set so perfectly, i will definitely recommend it to others.

The App is straight forward, as it was easy to integrate into Shopify. However, I don’t import any reviews yet, so I don’t know how that works. Therefore, I will give a 4 stars review for now.

I like the app. It shows my customers that my product is a good quality product and that they are getting what they are looking for

Works well, can be improved a tad, but other than the minor issues it's pretty easy to use and does as it's supposed to!

I think its a great app, but forcing you to write a review is not the way to go. Let me finish my setup before writing a review. Just me two sent.
Up side:It enable me collect review from my customers

This is a really great application. Definitely helped my store and assisted me with automated followup for reviews.

i used this app to import emails, really easy to use, the Basic plan is ok, but would recommend to upgrade to the advanced plan.
