I had some problems with getting my reviews imported to my product page, so I contacted their support and got help from someone named Mara and she fixed the problem very quickly! So thank you very much Mara! I can only recommend this app to your site if you want a successful site!

App was easy to install and stuff up. Gets me customer reviews which helps build trust among customers. Gives customers coupon for reviews which keeps them coming back. Did everything I needed. Would recommend

Sooooo after using LOOX for a few months I got sold on Okendo and it was a terrible decision. Getting reviews on the Okendo platform was a nightmare. I think we had 5 reviews over a 90 period while testing Okendo. I switched back to LOOX and we're getting 2-3 reviews per day plus the tool is sooooo easy to use. The CX team can help with adding the rating widgets to pages that need some coding and they reply insanely fast. The price is also right. I LOVE LOOX and would recommend it to any early-stage ecomm founders and teams.

Eu gostei muito do App, facilita muito para os lojistas iniciantes, é muito fácil de usar e importar as avaliações. Como sugestão seria deixar por conta do usuário a escolha das fotos, visto que por vezes a foto que o app escolhe para importação não é a melhor foto enviada pelo cliente.
