Loox was quick and easy to implement. The reviews start arriving and it is great to read and see the experience and photos of our customers. Customer support was also fast answering our questions, which meant that everything is up and running in less than one afternoon.

We've always had a great experience with Loox. We've been using it for years. I'm finally writing a review now because of a recent issue with switching to Shopify 2.0. My question was answered within 10 minutes and had step-by-step screenshots of how to fix it -- thanks Aya for helping me out so quickly!

Great review app and neat looking. Highly recommend, it might be expensive for newly starting out stores but then they do it so efficiently the trust of your store increases and eventually pays for the app.

Love this APP. It is very easy to use. Love that it has the upsell features integrated. This APP offers full functionality at a very reasonable price.

Its a great app, no complaints, i only wish we could have imported reviews from amazon/have more than 1 photo/have video reviews
