good app so far, great tech support too, they helped me with some issues i was having and were able to get things going for me pretty quick, they even made it easy to import my old reviews!

Ken was very nice with his assistance, he helped to add reviews in my cart section, I added him as staff into my shopify and he did everything. I am very satisfied, I recommend.

Had some issues with importing my reviews so I sent out a request for help. Sure enough, within Minutes I got a response from Mara and she helped me solve the problem ASAP :) Awesome assistance & gave suggestions when asking how I might be able to solve the issue on my own next time. I couldn't add reviews to my theme, so I contacted customer service and Aya from customer service helped me with my problem. I gave her access and she solved it quickly. Now the ratings are implemented in my theme. I am very grateful for the fast and prompt service. Thank you dear Aya :)!

The app does two things: it allows you to see the positive things about a product and the negative facts that may decide whether you want to list the product. It's a perfect app and I recommend 100%

I love this app! It has probably all the futures you need. Don´t make the mistake (as we did), and don´t try to get some free review app, it will probably suck and you will probably need to migrate to better review app in the future.. I also love the support of Loox, they are here literally 24/7 and are ready to help you with anything.. I´m really satisfied. But I need to monetion, that we have been using this app for not even a month, so maybe We´ll find out some shortcomings of this app

I needed help with where my review stars were being displayed and Jodel helped me immediately. Within an hour my problem was fixed and she left me the necessary code for future occurrences of the same issue. I appreciate it.
