Good - at $30 a month is an amazing value. And the application has improved since my previous comments. And the developers are obviously working hard to make the best review application. That’s great they made the app much more user friendly. Thanks. Application needs serious improvement. I have been using this application for many months. I am quite annoyed that the application is very difficult to use as far as searching for an order or for a review is concerned. It’s I big waste of my time. For example, I enter the customer name and search for the order in an effort to find the order an delay sending the review request, Nothing comes up! I double check and yes the spells exactly correct. I also try searching using the order number. Nothing comes up, so I must manually scroll through hundreds of orders to find it. What a waste of time!! I would expect that an application that has so many customers would improve a basic feature like this. But they don’t!!! By the way the same problem is there when you try to search for a review. Primitive design, not easy to search. I already complained to customer support. They just acknowledged my comment but did nothing. Super annoying. Judge Me application is more easy to use in this regard. You may wants to consider using Judge me instead. On a somewhat positive note, customer support is ok. They respond back to you within hours usually. And I like how visually appealing the reviews are displayed on my store's product pages. But I do not recommend this application based on difficulty to search.

I love how easy it is to import reviews for my products and discard the reviews that refer to a different seller.

creates reviews and displays it beautifully, runs very easy as well. Does a great job in everything it offers to my business

I wanted an app that wasn't going to be removed and have to export reviews again. This one looks great and has the option to place categories of reviews on pages (even though it's very pricey)/

I've tried all of the review applications and it was Loox who stood out the most. We decided to try them out and we were overwhelmed by the feedback from our customers.
