Fast response and great service! Solved my custom issue and looks great.

Very responsive customer service and quick with solutions to problems.

I received great help from somebody called Dolev L. In fact I was just about to cancel my loox subscription and go with another company . But his help and guidance helped me immensely.

Sara was SO incredibly helpful. She jumped right in to help me when I was struggling and when nothing would work on my end, she immediately asked for control of my website so she could plug in the information for me. This was the least problematic experience I’ve ever had with customer service and will be keeping Loox specifically because this experience was so great!

I think this is the best review app out there. Switched from Stamped and instantly got many more reviews. Should have switched sooner.
