I was hesitant to add the app to my shop. It took awhile for me to learn how to use the app to my advantage. But, I must write that throughout my frustration the staff at Loox was exceptional, courteous, and informative. I was going to give up, but they continuously reached out to correct my mistakes. This app pretty much does what I expected to do. it's a great app. I use it On just about all of my products. I highly recommend it. I have compared it to several other similar apps and this one is superior.
