Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

I think everyone with an online store needs this app. it's perfect for collecting reviews. I have tried so many apps but I am satisfied with LOOX So far it has been excellent.

Super happy with Loox so far. Very pleased with the easy-to-adjust automations and the fact that it allows for "free sends" to seed a foundation of reviews from past customers. Excellent touch.

Chanelle did a great job helping me out with removing an image I didn't want to show on my reviews...it was poor quality. Thanks Chanelle.

So easy to set up and our customers love it !

After trying several different review apps, I can confidently say Loox was able to provide my store with the best solutions by far.
The review request response rate and the % of reviews that include an image are incredibly high.
Being both cheaper and way more productive than any other apps I have used before, makes it a no-brainer.

Very good app, nice customer service, i recommend this app.
Current rating is deserved for sure.

The app has a good look and feel to it. Dor helped me to get everything set up the way I like it. It does appear that the reviews works as it's supposed to. I was with Growave previously and while their app also looked good, I found that the review emails didn't always send out and wasn't as effective in actually getting reviews. I was troubleshooting a lot with them whereas with LOOX, I got reviews that I believed to be lost within a few days. Hopefully it keeps working :)
