Loox Product Reviews & Photos is by far for me one of the best review apps. We have been using it for some time now and what has always stood out for us is the incredible customer service. We had an issue with part of our review rating widget not showing on our product pages, first Liz got through to us and did her best to help, but when she realised it was something for the technical team, she past us over straight away, within 24 hours, Lilach the Technical Support Engineer got in contact having gone straight onto our account, added the code, and job was done! super quick, super easy, we didn't have to stumble through anything. Nice, easy, efficient, thats Loox, a great app with a great team behind it, thank you!

De plus leur SAV est top de chez top: réactif et très agréable. Lilach et Mara ont répondu à ma question et résolu mon problème en quelques minutes.

Beautiful app UI and features. I have used other review apps but this app is very good. One thing that needs to improve basic plan email template is very simple.

Definitely love this app! Works really well with any theme. Also has lots of integrations with other apps. This is the only review app that I recommend to any store. If you have feature requests, you can send them to their support email, they hear you out and don't ignore emails. :)
