Cette application a tout ce que l'on pourrait souhaiter d'une application pour récolter les avis. Chaque fois que nous nous sommes demandé si elle offrait une certaine fonctionnalité qui pourrait nous être utile, la réponse est oui. Très satisfait de Loox.

I like what Loox does overall. Only wish it had an option for adding more than 1 photo to a customer's review. Customer service is very good and highly responsive. Got that impression because of Jodel. Jodel is very professional and helped me to solve certain minor issues with Loox in no time. Thanks Jodel.

Best review app ever. I've tried Klaviyo reviews and Judge.me, and Loox's review widget just looks better. The photos just look bigger on Loox than Klaviyo reviews, which is a big deal for me. Also, the discount incentive you offer customers in exchange for them adding a photo to their review is great for collecting more reviews! Jemuel was super helpful and customer support is always helpful!

Great review tool, love the level of control in the settings and overall user friendliness. I would recommend Loox to any Shopify store owner.

One of the best app on Shopify period! Customers are so engaged. They submit pictures to get that discount and as such repeat sales. Love it!!
