Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Very good and easy app. Highly recommended. Dor & Josh customer service is superb. :) All our problems were sorted out very quickly.

Loox has been a great integration to our store as we’re able to showcase our products that our customers loved. There are a lot of features for managing the content and for more advanced settings, you’ll need to work with HTML codes. But no worries if you’re not an expert on these as Loox’s customer support is there to help! They were more than willing to assist us with our concerns.

This app is simple to use and reasonably priced as well. The only catch is that it uses an IFrame, meaning there's no way to include your user reviews as a part of your own domain. Overall, our team at ANB Mart (www.anbmart.com.au) is pleased with the app. Additional option to serve the functionalities via API will be very helpful, instead of injecting custom JS & Scripts which are outside our control.

super easy to install and customers always receive the review request emails in their inbox translated to portuguese from Brazil. nothing to complain, app is the best and easy to use.

I came across this app whilst searching for a product review app as we were not getting any uptake with our existing option. We have only had it installed on our website for a couple of weeks so far but the response from customers willing to share their feedback including photo reviews has been fantastic. Love this review app. The control of whether or not a review is visible is essential these days. Support is excellent!
