I had a technical issue sharing reviews and Dor sent me a solution very fast and followed up making sure it was solved. Great support and great app!
Customer service is on point! Mara responded to my message very fast and after few more minutes, star ratings were in the place I wanted them to be. 5 stars to app and Mara.
Wonderful review system, You can control non-sense reviews posted and leave good reviews. Love Loox.

I can't import reviews with text or just without text, I can't change reviews at all.....

I am sorry that your Loox experience has not met your expectations so far. I would be happy to sort everything out for you.
Loox allows you to choose which reviews to appear publicly on your store.
We also support importing your text and photo reviews from any previous source using the Loox review import template as well.

very easy to use and customer friendly! it is easy to navigate on the backend as well when i was installing it.
