Update: Thanks to Rain! Bad app&customer support. When using the custom question feature, you have to set options for customer to choose while I simply want to let my customers put in their own words. When you contact the support team, they keep saying thank you for your suggestion, and don't give a fuck to your request. Totally waste of time and money!! ///////Thanks for the prompt reply and solution from the team, the problem solved.

Loox requires your customers to submit their feedback in their own words in order to successfully post a review. With that in mind, our Product team is always open to ideas and suggestions that merchant's such as yourself have to better improve our widgets.

Great app that collects valuable feedback and brings customers back. Would help if they added the possibility for customers to rate the shop (website) as well as the products.

Fast support from Aya regarding the way the dates display - turns out its already well programmed out the box so USA gets mm/dd/yyyy and UK gets dd/mm/yyyy. Nicely done :)
