I use the basic version and have found it very effective and easy to use. The ability to offer customers a discount for a photo review has resulted in acquiring a good number of reviews. The widget layout has a good appearance.

Reviews are must have and Looks does an excellent job of making the reviews into a community experience on your site. They keep improving it too, which is awesome!

Very expensive compared to other similar apps with similar features, just switched to Judge, same plan costed $60 at Loox but now it costs $15 on Judge. What really bothered me the most, is that it's not compatible with multi-languages websites because the app is embedded in an iframe and can't be translated with translation apps and the support did not offer much help.
