Arrivati ad un certo numero di ordini ti obbligano a passare al piano a pagamento da 35$, nonostante il primo sia già a pagamento 9,9$. Questa cosa non ha assolutamente senso, non dovrebbero permetterlo. Sono riuscito a spostare tutto su un'altra app e non mi vedranno mai più, nemmeno per altre app. SCONSIGLIO!!!

WORST THE WORST APP. I selected the $9 Plan and they charge me 40 USD. It's just a startup I just started my website and you're charging me 40 USD. It's been two months I haven't noticed it I just checked now. Refund my 40 USD until I charge back from you guys.

I'm sorry but facing difficulties with the billing section of the app. It seems that there are no options available for upgrading or downgrading, and the cost for additional app usage becomes excessively expensive once you exceed 300 orders. The subscription cost doubles at that point, which, in my opinion, doesn't seem justified.
I'm unable to import the reviews, and unfortunately, the Loox app is not functioning properly for me. As a result, I am experiencing losses with this app. I cannot recommend it until they provide a solution for my issue. Thank you.

I don't mind paying extra for "premium" or "best-in-class" services for my stores and I thought Loox was like that. IT WASN'T! This app is pure greed. I reached my limit (which is ridiculous) and cannot access the app AT ALL without upgrading to a higher tier plan. I can't export my reviews due to this. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

pasamos las 500 "ventas" y nos obliga a pasar al otro plan de 39 dolares por mes, que ademas cobra 40 dolares cada 300 mails enviados, ¿Este tope es mensual? la app es casi ni utilizada por nuestros clientes, sólo 2 clientes han utilizado el descuento y realizado un seguimiento desde el mail.
15 dolares por tener fotos de algunos clientes ok, pero 40 dolares y con cobros que pueden fluctuar por tan insignificante retorno, creo que es mejor no tenerla. Si alguien puede decirnos que se puede usar de mejor manera, estaremos encantados de volver a intentarlo con esta app.

I Paid the beginner plan since many months already I just saw now that since many months I have reached the limit for this plan '500' orders. And this app that I pay monthly is now just to display some previous review on my shop ... So not worth at all.
More than that I paid additional 5$/monthly for the Loox referral but it doesn't work at all as it's blocked now so I feel scammed buy this app paying fees for nothing as it's disabled. I can't even go to the settings to modify some display or modify other things that I setup when I had the app at the beginning except if I start paying 40$/monthly which is way to expensive for this kind of app ! Can't even contact the support while I still pay this app that's why I have to leave a bad comment here.
Really It's not worth if you plan to work in longterm with your shop it's better to use an app like Ryviu or Alireview.

You don't allow your customers to reply or or edit our previous replies unless we pay even more than we are already paying. Not a great experience. We don't like to be nickeled and dimed at every turn. Sad really.

All of our plans support the option to reply to reviews that you've received. Any time you reply to a review, the reviewer will also receive an email update stating sharing that you have replied back to them.

He pagado el plan Growth, 40$ al mes y para poder instalar un widget, pedi ayuda al servicio tecnico y de atención al cliente. Dos dias después aun no está instalado. Dan un servicio al cliente nefasto. No repito.
