He pagado el plan Growth, 40$ al mes y para poder instalar un widget, pedi ayuda al servicio tecnico y de atención al cliente. Dos dias después aun no está instalado. Dan un servicio al cliente nefasto. No repito.

Don't get me wrong. This app is great and serves its purpose. The reason for giving such a bad rating is the lack of internationalization features. If you are taking advantage of Shopify markets to sell in different languages and currencies, Loox cannot be translated unless you use Weglot, an expensive translation app that injects lots of code into your store and host translated pages in their servers rather than Shopify's. After using Loox for quite sometime, we will need to switch back to Judge.me so our social proof can be translated via Shopify translation API rather than some extra app we don't really need. It is disheartening because we like the app, and it's a lot of work to switch back. I hope they consider fixing this.

Our Multilingual widgets do allow for the automatic translation of the widgets using Shopify Market.
The Weglot integration is specific to the review content only.

First I installed the app and when 14 days free trial ended, I unistalled the app and they charged me 10$

It might be that an app charge is already included in an invoice before the app is removed and hence still appears after it is uninstalled.

You can cancel your Loox plan at any time directly from within your Shopify admin.
It might be that an app charge is already included in an invoice before the app is removed and hence still appears after it is uninstalled.

Too pricy. Please consider reducing the price of the app. Lot of hidden charges when we get more requests

É muito feio e não fica em lugares bons. Só tem 3 tipos de visualização, uma pior que a outra. Para colocar em local especifico tem que ficar colando código. Não gostei de cara, foi a pior impressão que eu já tive de um app de review. Prefiro 1000x o JUDGE.

While I regret to learn about your experience, I'd just like to let you know that Loox holds a lot more than three widgets.
While the reviews widgets alone consist of more than three widgets, Loox also offers Referrals and Upsell widgets to boost your conversion rates and revenue.

As for adding the widgets, in most themes, adding and moving a widget is as easy as dragging the widget across your page within the Shopify theme editor.
In some older themes, a code must be put in place, and our support team will always be happy to help you with this and with anything you might need!

Terrible, I added it thinking I could import a bunch of reviews. I couldn't, then when I deleted it, the stars still showed up on my shopify product page, so I went into the code and deleted everything related to loox, and the stars were still there. Is this a glitch? I need help

Loox offers a seamless migration from previous apps and sources through our import template and one click importer for supported apps.
I can see that you have already uninstalled Loox on your store. All Loox widgets should no longer be appearing on your store pages.
Sometimes the widgets can appear to still load due to a stored cache available on your browser.

I totally understand how stressful it can be to see an unexpected charge on your invoice.
Shopify should automatically stop all future app charges once the app is removed from your store. With that said, you might see a charge that was created before Loox was removed.
I took a look at your account and I can see that this is indeed the case here, the charge was triggered before Loox was removed.
