Recommend, many useful features and collects lot of verified reviews easily
Great app! Really simplifies the whole process of gaining reviews. Any issues are quickly sorted by their team (shout out Ken!). Definitely recommend.
Fantastic customer support - had a code issue where a widget wasn't rendering for my theme, Laurence from their CS team had it fixed instantly and was there for great follow up tweaks too.
The employes are very kind and helpful. They immidiately solved my problem. Rotem the employe I was talking to responded to my e-mails out of work time and made the refund possible for me.
Besides one thing, i fw this app because it makes the reviews look great.
The one thing?
I wish they'd allow you to customize the background color of the reviews.
Allow you to change it to a color other than white.
Besides that this is great.

Really loving the look of the loox reviews. Had an issue getting the reviews to display in the place I wanted but Liz from Loox Support responded really quickly and altered my theme files for me.
Arielle did an awesome job troubleshooting with us to figure out how to sync our review feed on our Shopify store with Google merchant Center and Facebook. It's all up and running now thanks to Arielle.

Once Loox is uninstalled in your stores, you shouldn't receive additional charges. You might see charges that were created before the app was removed, which are included in your current invoice.
