Really good app for building social proof and improving the conversion rate. The customer support has been excellent, and I especially want to thank Domerly for all the help. The support was very clear, fast, and professional. It helped me a lot.

I am already impressed. The Loox App is outstanding and pulled an additional review from the SHOP app that I couldn't figure how to bring over in a competitor's app that I had been using for the last year+. The customer support rep, Mary, answered my questions and provided links to help. I will add more later as I am transferring over everything but I love the referral capabilities, layouts and growth potential.

I contacted Loox about a historical review sync issue affecting our Shopify store. Dan picked it up, clearly explained what was happening, ran a full backfill and resync, and had the issue resolved in less than 24 hours.

What impressed me most was that this all happened over a weekend. We’ve used Loox for years and have accumulated a significant number of customer reviews, so getting the historical data correctly synced into Shopify was important to us.

I checked our catalogue afterwards and everything is now syncing exactly as it should.

It pulled in Shop reviews I didn't even know I had. I thought i was starting from scratch. Instead I started with 80 reviews I didn't know existed and a 4.9/5 star rating.

We’ve been using Loox for our Shopify store for a while now and are very happy with the app and its features. It works really well for managing and displaying our customer reviews and gives us the flexibility we need for our store.
We recently had a rather complicated issue with historical reviews that were spread across many old and deleted products. Arielle immediately understood what we needed and found a solution for us. She arranged a bulk move of all our old reviews to the current product, which saved us a huge amount of manual work.
